摘要
目前我国蒸汽流量测量大多使用标准节流孔板。用孔板测量蒸汽流量会造成巨大的压力损失,从而产生很大的能耗,且长期运行中测量精度越来越低。标准喷嘴因制造成本高、安装困难等原因不能广泛用来代替孔板。威力巴是美国VERIS公司最近几年推出的用于流体流量测量的新产品。用威力巴代替节流孔板测量蒸汽流量,可降低能耗,提高测量精度,且安装方便、费用较低,因而具有广阔的推广前景。
Weiliba is the new product for steam flow measurement produced by American VERIS Company in recent years. The application of Weiliba in place of throttling orifice-plate to measure steam flow can reduce energy consumption and improve accuracy. It is easy and cheap to install, and has a wide application prospect.
