摘要
研究了采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定混凝土外加剂中微量氯的方法.在待测液中加入过量的Ag+标准溶液,通过测定与Cl-定量反应后剩余的Ag+量从而换算出Cl-的含量,对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件.结果表明,方法的回收率为94.6%~105.7%,RSD小于4.03%.该法准确、快速、简便,应用于混凝土外加剂中氯元素的测定,结果满意.
Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) method was adopted for the determination of trace chlorine in additives of concrete. Adding superfluous standard solution of Ag+ to the sample solution, the results were obtained by determining remanent content of Ag+ having reacted with Cl- quantitatively.Various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details.The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The recycling rate ranks from 94.6% to 105.7%.RSD is less than 4.03%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.It is used in the determination of trace chlorine in additives of concrete with satisfactory result.
