摘要
电纺丝是制备纳米纤维的一种有效方法。对聚丙烯腈(PAN)与二醋酸纤维素(SCA)的混合溶液进行电纺丝,其中PAN:SCA 分别为50:50、80:20、90:10、95:5,发现当PAN:SCA =50:50 时,PAN 与SCA 各自成纤,而当 PAN 与 SCA 的比值增大时,SCA 往往分散于 PAN 纤维中。用丙酮洗涤后在 PAN 纤维表面出现凹坑,但丙酮的处理效果随 SC A 含量的降低而减弱。
Electrospinning is an effective way to make nanofibers. In this paper, the blend solutions of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)& secondary cellulose acetate (SCA) are electrospun, in which the proportion of PAN & SCA are 50:50, 80:20, 90:10, 95:5 respectively. When the proportion is 50:50,PAN and SCA shape into nanofibers severally. And when the proportion are increased, SCA is dispersed into PAN nanofibers, if the synthetic fabrics are washed in acetone, the pits can be showed in the surface of PAN nanofibers, but the effect of washing in acetone is weaken with decreasing the content of SCA in the blend solutions.
