通过在荒盐碱滩上建设电厂-采油厂-城市生活污水处理厂为主的循环经济示范区的研究,指明了建设循环经济示范区的主要意义,详细探讨了不同产业间的资源相互最大利用的循环经济发展模式,并总结了建设循环经济发展模式及建设经验,为各地建设循环经济示范区提供了参考。
This paper gave a study on the establishment of the recycle-economic model zone based on power-plant,crude-oil-plant and sewage-treatment-plant, and concluded the importance of such try. The paper also discussed the concrete developing recycle-economie modes of resources-best-using in different industries, summarized the resspected experience, and gave reference on establishment of the recycle-economic model zone for other areas.
