摘要
吉林西部地区资源的掠夺式开发,破坏了生态系统,致使土地“三化”加剧、地下水开采过量、湿地泡沼萎缩、防护林体系欠缺、资源生态失衡、自然灾害频繁,不仅影响了西部地区的发展,也阻碍了其他周边地区的发展;提出了恢复和重建草地生态系统、加强水利保障工程、加大湿地保护力度、植树造林涵养水源和调整区域布局等对策。
