利用葡萄酒澄清剂对赊店葡萄酒返浑进行实验 ,对澄清剂各种添加量进行测试与对比 ,获得最佳添加量 1.2 5g .L-1。
The experiment of the precipitation of suspended solids in Shedian wine by fining agents was made . The effect at different quantities of fining agents added to Shedian wine was tested and compared .The optimal quantity is 1.25g·L^(-1) .The problem of the precipitation of suspended solids in Shedian wine has been solved .
