摘要
介绍了粘胶长丝黄化工艺流程 ,黄化反应釜计算机控制系统MACS的硬件和软件组成及特点。并对该系统的几个控制难点 ,如应用软件的安全性、黄化曲线的设定方法和控制、微小流量控制等问题的解决方案进行了论述。
The sulphofication technical process of viscose filament yarn, hardware and software composition and features of computerized control system of sulphofication reaction still, MACS, are introduced. Some difficult control problems and solutions in the system, e.g., security of the application software, setting method and control of sulphofication curve, and micro flow control, etc. are discussed.
