摘要
本实验证实,对已达性成熟雌性草、青鱼注射促黄体生长激素释放的类似物(Luteinzing hormone releasing hormone analogue,LRH-A),可诱导被催产雌性亲鱼自身垂体促性腺激素细胞分泌促性腺激素,也可引起Ⅳ时相卵母细胞进行成熟、排卵;如果注射鲤鱼垂体,对被催产的雌性草、青鱼垂体中的促性细胞没有影响,保持与催产前促性腺细胞相同的结构,并不因为注射外来鲤鱼垂体中的促性腺激素作出反应,分泌促性腺激素.因此,可以肯定地说,中国当前四大家鱼人工催产的机理是: PG.HCG→(直接作用于)生殖细胞 LRH-A→(诱发)垂体→LH.FSH→(内源QTH)
Gonadotripic hormone(GTH)can be normally synthesized in the gonadotropic hormone cells (GTH cells)in the pituitary glands of Ctenophuryngodon idellus and Mylopharyngodon piceus both of which were growing in the pond environment. But,in reproductive seasons, the amount of GTH produced by GTH cells is not enough to make the mature ova perform meiosis. The studies show that GTH cells can produce enough GTH to make the ova be maturity and ovulation after injecting luteiniz- ing hormone releasing hormone analogue (LRH-A)to mature broodfish of the two kinds of fish. After injecting the solution of composition of carp pituitary glands,the GTH cells did not produce GTH,and the forms of GTH cells had no changes and were the same as the forms before injecting. So,we can say that the mechanisms of induced spawning by artifically in Ctenopharyngodon idellus, Mylopkaryngodon piceus, Hypophtlialmichthys inolitrix, Aristickys nobilis which were growing in pond environment are as follows:
