光长和温度对光温敏核不育水稻育性转换的互作效应研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文表明,决定光敏核不育水稻育性转换的主导因子是光长,而温敏核不育水稻的育性转换主要受控于温度.温度在光敏核不育水稻育性转换中有一定影响;同样,光长在温敏核不育水稻育性转换中也有一定的作用.据此推测,光长与温度同时参与了不育基因的表达过程,因此它们在育性转换中有互作效应. The interaction effect between light length and temperature on the fertility transformation in PGMR(or TGMR) was primarily studied. The results showed that the condition for fertility transformation of PGMR was controlled mainly by the light length,and TGMR by the temperature. But the fertility transformation of PGMR was correlated with temperature. The fertility transformation of TGMR was also correlatted with light length. Above results suggust interation effect of light length and temperature regulates PGMR (or TGMR) gene expression.
