摘要
介绍了水利水电工程项目经济评价系统的功能设计与数据库设计.该评价系统能够完成水电工 程在概算文件中所要求的财务评价、国民经济评价和不确定性分析,并能输出各种报表及评价结果.
The function design and the data base design of the economic evaluation system for construction of hydraulic and hydropwer projects are described. This system can perform the financial evaluation,the national economic evaluation and uncertainty analysis;and export many kinds of forms for reporting statistics and the evaluation results.
