摘要
随着相当数量的仍然保持着使用功能的近代建筑被列入全国重点文物保护单位名单,如何在对这些建筑进行有效保护的同时保持其生命力成为我国文物建筑保护面临的新课题。本文以文保建筑之列的清华大学化学馆扩建工程为例,论证了保护老建筑的可行措施以及保护与利用之间的关系。
Recent years, considerable numbers of modernbuildings, which are still in use, have been placed on the listof national preservation units of major cultural relics. What isthe effective way to maintain their vitality, while preservingthem? This is a new topic on domestic preservation of culturalrelics buildings. Taking the extension project of Tsing HuaUniversity Chemistry building as an example, which is thepreserved one, this paper expounds the feasible measures topreserve historic buildings and the relation between preser-vation and utilization.
