新一代气调包装保鲜技术研发成功 被引量:1

摘要 最近,一种新型的气调包装保鲜技术在美国开发成功,这种技术的特点是将各类食品用不同的保护气体置换包装内的空气以达到防腐保鲜的目的,它比单一真空包装的应用范围更广泛,保鲜效果更好,是当今食品包装的新变革。
