摘要
本研究采用不同方法对蓖麻饼进行去毒处理,筛选出最优去毒方法,然后用脱毒和未脱毒蓖麻饼进行饲喂试验。试畜为内蒙黑猪仔猪,饲养试验分为豆饼组、蓖麻饼Ⅰ组(简称CBMI),CBMⅡ,CBMⅢ(每组6头)。20—50公斤体重阶段,去毒蓖麻饼分别占日粮0,5%,10%,15%。50—90公斤体重阶段,分别占0,10%、20%、30%。毒性试验分为两组(每组3头),未脱毒蓖麻饼分别占日粮20和30%。试验结果表明,膨化蓖麻饼,可除去蓖麻饼中89%的蓖麻碱和71%的变应原。试畜日增重,豆饼组、CBMⅠ、CBMⅡ、CBMⅢ分别为578.8、533、524、497克。经残毒分析,试畜心,肝、肾、肌肉等组织器官均无残毒。如果蓖麻饼不经去毒直接饲喂时,试畜心脏、肝、肾、甲状腺、淋巴结及消化道均出现病变。
The study adopted different methods to detoxicate Castor Bean Meal. The best method would be selected. After that, growing pigs were fed with detoxicated and toxic Castor Bean Meal. 24 barrows of Inner Mongolian Black were divided into4 groups in feeding trial, soybean meal (SBM), Castor Bean Meal 1 (CBM 1) , CBM2,and CBM3, (6heads each grouP) . From20-50Kg liveweight, the diet contained0,5%, 10%, 15%detoxicated Castor Bean Meal,respectively. From50-90kg liveweight, the diet contained o, 10%, 20%, 30%detoxicated Castor Bean Meal, respectively. The toxic trial contaned 2 groups (3 heads each group),the diet contained20%and30%toxic Castor Bean Meal in group 1 and group2, respectively. The experimental results showed: Expanding treatment could get rid of89% Ricinine and 71%Allergen in Castor Bean Meal. Average daily gain of grouP SBM, CBM 1 , CBM2, and CBM 3 was 578.8g,533g, 524g, and 497g, respectively. The tissues and organs of heart, liver, kidney, blood and muscles had not deposited the Ricinine and Allergen by the analysis of the remained toxin. Feeding the toxic Castor Bean Meal directly made the pigs suffer from chronic poisonning and resulted the organs damage of heart, liver, kidney, thyroid gland, lymph node and di gestive tract etc.
