摘要 本文以铂丝为基体,用电化学方法在铂丝电极表面修饰氨基萘酚聚合薄膜,探讨修饰条件对制得的电极pH响应性能的影响及电极的交流阻抗特性.在最佳修饰条件下,以1-氨基-2-萘酚制得的修饰电极pH响应线性范围为0.8~13.0,斜率为52mV/pH.电极用于人体血清试样pH测定,结果令人满意. The electropolymerization of 1-aminonaphthol-2 on the platinum wire electrode surface has been described. The modifying media have been optimized and theeffect of acidity in modifying medium as well as monomer concentration of aminonaphthol on cyclic voltammetry have been tested. The electrode modified with polymerized 1-aminonaphthol-2 in the optinum medium showed a potentiometric response for pH in test solution with a linear range of 0.8~13.0 and a slope of 52.0mV/pH.
