摘要
介绍了一种以理论板号为横坐标、塔板流体力学指标为纵坐标的单指标全塔负荷性能图构成的新方法,籍此在Windows操作系统下通过商业流程模拟软件和Office办公软件联用,进行精馏塔分析和设计极为灵活、可靠、简便、高效率,且无需编程,便于在不同处理量下,进行不同板型、塔径、塔板结构的对比,可充分发挥设计者的主观能动性,实现无失误设计。
A new single parameter method taking the theory tray number as abscissa and tray hydromechanics target as ordinate for whole distillation column load performance diagram configuration is expounded. It can be combined with Office software through the commercial flow simulation software under Windows operation system to do analysis and design for rectification column. It is characterized by flexibility, reliability, high efficiency and without the need of programming. Furthermore, it is convenient to compare the tray type, column diameter and tray structure under different capacities.
