阐述了在新时期市场经济条件下我国高校人事管理工作法治化的内涵、法制化的必然性。从加强高校全体人员法律意识的培养、加强校内人事管理制度的建设、建立有效的人事管理工作监督机制等方面,论述了我国高校人事管理工作法治化建设的途径。
The article tells the legalized connotation and necessity of personnel management work in universities and colleges under the market economic situation of new stage. It discusses the way of building of legalization of personnel management work in universities and colleges by strengthening the development of awareness of law of all staff in universities and colleges, strengthening the building of internal personnel management work system and establishing effective supervisory system for personnel management work.
