摘要
本文认为由文件形成部门承担档案价值鉴定的任务,在目前情况下的确存有弊端,消除这种弊端可以不必废除已经实行多年的现行制度,而是通过不断完善加以解决。
At present it is a little abused that t he appraisal of archives work by the d epartment of docu-ments.The article counts that reforming the abuse is not to eliminate the present system but to improve.
