摘要
工作流技术可以帮助电信企业提高管理水平 ,本文先介绍了工作流 (Workflow)的基本概念 。
Workflow technology can help telecom enterprise to improve their management. This paper firstly introduces the fundamental concept of workflow technology and then presents applications of Petri networks in telecommunication business process modeling.
