摘要
国有控股商业银行与国有独资商业银行在体制上存在同样弊端,也没有建立起多元化的股权制衡机制。我国国有商业银行应进行规范的股份制改造,少走弯路,转变为社会公众型的股份制银行。
The commercial banks of national controlling stock and the commercial banks of exclusive investment exist the same malpractice in system.For example,the balance system of plural stock rights hasn't been established.The paper thinks that national commercial banks should be regularly reformed and become the shareholding system banks of the social public.
