摘要
目的介绍假性软骨发育不全的诊断及治疗方法。方法详述2例假性软骨发育不全的临床表现、X线所见,其中1例在小腿近端进行截骨,通过Ilizarov技术矫正膝内翻的同时进行肢体延长。结果双膝内翻矫正满意,肢体延长达7cm,骨的愈合速度正常。结论Ilizarov技术是矫正假性软骨发育不全膝内翻及肢体延长的一种有效方法。
Objective To introduce the diagnosis and treatment of Pseudoachondroplasia. Methods The clinical manifestations, findings of X-ray examination of two patients with Pseudoachondroplasia were described. Proximal osteotomy of legs in one case of them was done , by Ilizarov technique,we corrected genu varus and extremity lengthening simultaneously. Results With Ilizarov technique, genu varum was corrected satisfactorily and legs' lengthening gained in the length of 7cm. The healing velocity of bone was normal. Conclusions Ilizarov technique is an effective method for correcting genu varus and lengthening the lower extremities for pseudoachondroplasia.
