摘要
轧机轧辊辊端与传动接手等在生产过程中瞬间发生断裂事故,造成一系列损失。通过分析调查,推断出事故发生的全过程,确定造成此次事故的原因主要由于轧机的液压润滑系统及环境因素造成的,并以此制定出预防类似事故发生的措施。
The drive joint for FW2 Roll was once found breaking suddenly, causing emergency shut down. Investigations proved this accident was attributable to several factors involving hydraulic lubrication system, routine maintenance, even surroundings. The paper presents several countertreasures to prevent similar trouble happening again.
