摘要
本文通过理论分析和大量实验,对三维断屑槽的断屑过程、断屑规律进行了深入研究。通过对构成三维断屑槽的基本几何单元槽及组合单元槽特性的分析,并经实验验证,证明采用几何基本单元设计三维断屑槽可达到较好效果。
Through theoretical analysis and a large number of tests, this thesis has gone deep into the study of the process and the law of chip breaking, and hence has made some adevance in the design theory of three dimen sional chip breaker groove. A design of the best chip breaker groove for finish machining 20CrMnTi is made and is verified by a set of tests.
