摘要
通过对橡胶树种子(仁)不同组织作伤害处理,如“断子叶”、“切半”和“去胚乳”处理,查明了橡胶树种子中不同组织与种子萌发及籽苗生长的关系。子叶对种子萌发及籽苗生长有非常明显的影响;(外)胚乳对种子萌发及籽苗高生长没有明显的影响,但对籽苗茎粗生长有非常明显的影响。橡胶树种子(仁)单粒重对萌发率有一定影响,但对萌发时间、小苗高和粗生长的影响不大,即一般种子的单粒重差异并不足以影响其萌发及小苗生长。不连接胚芽的子叶在催芽过程中膨大,在受伤处能生根,这表明:(1)在断开与胚芽的连接后,子叶产生的大量激素仍呈极向运输,且在子叶受伤处积累,诱导受伤组织的分化;(2)橡胶树种子的子叶细胞可以被诱导分化形成另一种新的(组织)器官,如根。由橡胶树种子的子叶生根的现象推测,橡胶树种子的子叶也许能作为培养橡胶树再生植株的外植体材料。
The effect of tissues of Hevea seed on germination and plantlet growth was observed through various wound-treatments,such as breaking off cotyledon,cutting off half of a seed,and removing endosperm. Cotyledon had remarkable effect on germination and plantlet growth.The effect of endosperm on the girth growth of plantlet was significant but not obvious on germination and the height of plantlet.Single grain weight of Hevea seed could influence the germination rate,but had no significant effect on germination and plantlet growth, that is to say, the difference of single grain weight between generic Hevea seeds was not closely related to the diversity of germination and plantlet growth. During germination, the part of cotyledon, which was not connected with the embryo, expanded and took root from the place of wound. This showed that (1) when detached from the embryo,the cotyledon produced a great deal of plant hormone which moved unilaterally to and accumulated in the wounded part and went on to induce the differentiation of wounded tissue;(2)the cotyledon of Hevea seed would be induced and differentiated into other new tissues.In view of the phenomenon of cotyledon rootage in the wounded part,presumptions could be made that cotyledon would be the explant for Hevea somatic tissue cultivation.
