摘要
目的探讨NdYAG激光解除白内障术后瞳孔畸形的临床疗效。方法应用NdYAG激光对17例(17眼)白内障术后瞳孔畸形者(6例晶状体前囊膜嵌顿,6例糖尿病性白内障术后瞳孔后粘连,3例外伤性白内障术后瞳孔后粘连,2例瞳孔区残留玻璃体)行瞳孔成形术。散瞳后于瞳孔缘处击碎前囊膜、残留玻璃体或纤维色素性后粘连。术后抗炎、散瞳和控制眼压、随访。结果术后瞳孔恢复圆形。视力比治疗前增加0.22±0.14(P<0.01),眼压高的1例在治疗后2d眼压恢复正常,1例人工晶状体遗留局限性击射斑,无其他并发症。结论对白内障术后因瞳孔区前囊膜嵌顿、残留玻璃体、瞳孔后粘连导致瞳孔畸形者,用NdYAG激光治疗可使瞳孔恢复圆形,增加视力,安全,有效。
AIM: To determine the effect of Nd:YAG laser on deformation of pupil after cataract surgery.· METHODS: Seventeen cases (17 eyes) of pupil deformation, including 6 cases of postoperative anterior capsular membrane remains, 6 cases of vitreous remains and 3 cases of pupillary adhesion were treated with YAG laser. The results were analyzed.· RESULTS: After laser treatment the deformed pupils were recovered. The mean visual acuity increased by 0.22±0.14 Snellen lines (t =21.32, P <0.01).· CONCLUSION: YAG laser is effective in recovering pupil and improving visual acuity in eyes with postoperative deformation of pupil.·
