摘要
论文首先对地理信息系统专业软件--MapInfo和土地定级估价知识做了一个简单介绍,然后针对土地定级估价工作中涉及到大量的图形、属性、文档数据等工作的特点,探讨了利用GIS/LIS技术、数据库技术实现土地估价管理信息系统架构,最后结合笔者的开发实例对该系统进行了进一步阐述.
Firstly one of the professional software of GIS-MapInfo and the primary knowledge of land's grade and assessment are simply introduced, then a discussion is made on building a information system of land' s classification and evaluation by means of GIS/LIS,database according to the features concerning lots of graphics,attributes , documents. Finally, the system is further expatiated.
