摘要
非言语语是人类除普通语言之外的一种非常成熟且有效的交流工具,在很大程度上影响着人际交流的效果。非言语语所传递的信息是十分丰富的,而传递某一信息的非言语语方式也是多种多样的。针对不同的交际对象,我们既要注意调整自己的非言语语,又要注意观察、分析和研究交际对象的非言语语,根据其文化背景及个人情况,判断它传递的交际信息,从而采取相应的有效对策,避免误解,减少交际的不确定性,达到预期的交际效果。
s: As well as verbal language,non verbal language is another mature and effective way of human communication, which influences the result of interpersonal communication activities to great extent.Non verbal language can send out rich and different information and meanwhile the same information can be sent out by many different ways of non verbal language. We should adapt our non verbal language according to different communicative counterparts, on the other hand,it's also useful to analyze and study the non verbal language of our counterparts, correctly get the real information it conveys, so as to avoid misunderstanding, reduce the uncertainty and reach the expected result of interpersonal communication.
