摘要
知识管理与知识创新是图书馆管理变革中的一种新理念。本文从知识管理的内涵、运作 ,以及图书馆在知识管理中存在的核心问题等方面入手 ,论述了在新的经济发展时期图书馆应如何提高自身的综合服务能力和创新能力 。
Knowledge management and knowledge innovation are novel idea of library management .Starting with analysis on aspects of knowledge management such as its intension and operation and the core problems in practice,this paper discusses how libraries can improve the abilities both in comprehensive service and innovation in the new period of economic growth and promote the shift of management model from information management to knowledge management,the core of library management.
