黄河上游梯级水库对宁蒙河段防凌的作用分析 被引量:3

摘要 黄河宁蒙河段,在刘家峡水库投运前的1950~1967年间,宁蒙河段凌汛灾害引起堤防决口8次。刘家峡水库投运后至今,仅在开河期发生9次小范围决口,未造成较大的损失。梯级水库对宁蒙河段防凌的作用较为巨大。黄河龙~青段梯级电站调节运行需要防凌库容:调水前约为22亿m3,调水40亿m3情况下约为33亿m3。刘家峡水库或黑山峡水库均能满足防凌要求。 During 1950~1967 years before commissioning of Liujiaxia reservoir, there took place ice floods resulting in eight breaches of dikes in the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach of Yellow River. From the operation of Liujiaxia reservoir until now, there occurred nine breaches of small scope only during opening-up of river flow, which caused no big loss. The impact of cascade reservoirs on ice prevention in the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach is of significance. It needs ice-prevention reservoir capacity for the operation of cascade hydropower stations from Longyangxia to Qingtongxia reach: it is 2.2 billion m^3 of water before transferring, and is 3.3 billion m^3 when 4 billion m^3 of water being transferred. Both Liujiaxia and Heishanxia reservoirs can meet the requirements of ice prevention.
