摘要
设计了一种用于钙离子光解释放技术的新型荧光显微镜双路耦合聚光系统 .采用合适的结构及精确的像差校正以保证光能的良好传输率及样本平面上的均匀性 .
A dual-coupling condensor in fluorescent microscope for the Ca^(2+) photorelease technique was designed. Proper structure and aberrations correction were used to maintain optimal throughput and guarantee optimal homogeneity in the specimen plane. The photorelease experiment proved that the condensor was suitable in thephotorelease application.
