摘要
目的 评价纤维支气管镜下微波治疗中心型管内型非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法 ,将经支气管镜、胸片、CT等明确诊断的中心型管内型非小细胞肺癌所致阻塞性肺炎、肺不张的患者随机分为两组 ,每组 2 0例。治疗组行化疗及纤支镜下微波组织凝固治疗。对照组只行化疗。结果 治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 80 % (16 /2 0 )和 5 0 % (10 /2 0 ) ,P<0 .0 5。 Karnofsky评分 :治疗组及对照组较治疗前配对差值分别增加 12 .5± 5 .72分和 4 .5± 3.82分 ,P<0 .0 1。治疗组生存期大于二年的为 7例 (35 % ) ,而对照组为 2例 (10 % ) ,P>0 .0 5。结论 经纤维支气管镜引导下的微波组织凝固治疗 ,对于中心型管内型非小细胞肺癌是一种有效的局部治疗方法 ,能改善阻塞症状 ,提高生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of microwave through branchofiberoscope in treating central type lung cancer patients.Methods Forty central type lung cancer patients were divided into the treatment group and the contrast group randomly. Twenty cases in the treatment group received a combined therapy of chemotherapy and microwave tissue coagulation (MTC), and 20 cases in the contrast group were given chemotherapy only.Results The therapeutic effective rate in the treatment group and the contrast group were 80% and 50% respectively (P<0.05), and the Karnofsky scores increased for the treatment and control groups at 12.5±5.72 and 4.5±3.82 respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion Microwave therapy could effectively remit the symptoms, eliminate the complications such as atelectasis and improve the life quality of patients.
