摘要
介绍了成形性能较差、需加工成三维曲面形状的钛合金板材的无模多点成形技术,解决了试验中出现回弹、起皱等问题,证明钛合金可利用无模多点成形方法成形出线型较复杂的三维曲面,成形效果良好。
A multi-point forming technology for titanium alloy plate to form 3-D curved surface is tried.In the experiments,the problems such as bouncing and crinckling are solved proving complex 3-D curved surface of titanium alloy could be made effectively with multi-point forming technology.
