摘要
以豆渣为原料,采用单因素实验法,对豆渣中伸展蛋白的提取条件进行研究。结果表明,提取较优的条件为:固液比=1∶40,pH=6.0,盐浓度为0.4mol/L,温度40℃下浸提6h,所得蛋白质提取率为0.149mg/g,糖基的提取率为45.56mg/g。
Soybean dreg was used as raw material, the effect of different factors on extraction of extensin with single factor test was investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : the ratio of solid and liquid was 1 to 40, the pH was 6.0, the CaCl2 concentration in extractive reagent was 0.4 mol/L, the temperature was 40℃ and the time of extraction was six hours. In these condition, the protein extraction rate was 0.149 mg/g,the glucoside extraction rate was 45.56 mg/g.
