摘要
针对大型LF2铝合金料仓焊接过程中易产生焊接气孔和焊接变形的问题,对板厚大于8mm的铝合金板材,采用半机械化MIG焊接方法;对板厚小于8mm的铝合金板材,采用手工TIG焊接方法;并结合其他有效的焊接工艺措施,使工程取得了满意的焊接质量。
Aiming at generating the distortion and pore as welding of the l ar gy capacity aluminium alloy depot,the semi-mechanized MIG welding method for t he aluminium alloy plank which is thicker than8mm is used while the manual TIG welding method is adopted when aluminium alloy plank is thiner than8mm.Combine d with others effective welding contol technology,the welding quality is improv ed.
