摘要
排球"串连技术"程序教学法是依据排球六大技术间的联系,将它们优化组合成几组练习,按一定顺序进行教学的方法。通过教学实验与传统教学法的教学效果对比研究表明;该教学法符合大学生的心理特点,能够促进学生对排球运动规律的认识,在单项技术水平提高的同时,技、战术运用能力及实战意识显著增强,具有应用和推广价值。
The programmed instruction method of 'contact skill' in volleyball designed in this paper is based on relations among the six main skills of volleyball. This method optimizes the six main skills into several groups of practice. It is a method of conducting teaching according to a definite order. The result of the research on comparison between the teaching experiment and the traditional teaching shows that the method accords with college students' psychology and helps students grasp the regularity of volleyball. The technical level of students' in individual event is raised. Meanwhile students' ability of tactical application is trained and their consciousness of practice is strengthened. It is worth spreading and has the value of applying.
