合作是图书馆发挥整体人力资源优势的最佳方式。图书馆必须努力克服人力资源管理的不良影响因素,积极构建基于合作的人力资源管理机制。
To cooperate with each other is the best way to give play to the advantage of integral human resources in the libraries. Managers of the libraries should overcome the adverse effects on human resources management, to set up the human resources management system based on cooperation in the liberaries.
