摘要
建立HPLC法测定欣力康颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱采用SHIMADZUVP -ODS - 90 92 0 36 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (4 4∶5 5∶1) ,检测波长为 335nm。线性范围为 0 4 3～ 2 16 μg·ml- 1(r =0 9997) ,平均加样回收率为 10 1 81% ,RSD为 1 17%。本方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。
A HPLC method for the determination of Scutel Larin in Xinlikang granules was established. A Shimadzu VP-ODS-9092036 column was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (44∶55∶1) as mobile phase. Content was detected at a wavelength of 335nm. The linear range was 0 43～2 16μg·ml -1 (γ=0 9997). The average recovery rate was 101 81%, RSD=1 17%. It was a simple, accurate and repeatable method and could be used for the determination of scutel larin in Xinlikang granules.
