摘要
目的 :探讨脊髓损伤 (SCI)神经源性膀胱功能障碍二维超声图像特征、产生原因及其诊断价值。方法 :采用二维超声观察SCI患者膀胱壁及尿内回声并进行残余尿测定。 结果 :SCI神经源性膀胱图像特征有 :(1)膀胱壁损伤 :膀胱壁增厚伴结节、乳头、小梁、囊泡和憩室形成 ;(2 )尿液内异常回声 :尿内沉积物、血凝块、结石形成 ;(3)反复大量残余尿、双肾积水及结石 ;(4)尿道内括约肌松弛。 结论 :SCI神经源性膀胱二维超声图像具有一定特征 ,其诊断无创、简便、及时、准确 ,对临床康复治疗具有重要指导意义。
Objective: To evaluate ultrasonographic features,reason and its diagnostic value of neurogenic bladder with SCI. Methods: The bladder wall, urine echo, residual urine and two kidneys were observed by two-dimensional ultrasound. Results: In 54 cases, we have found ultrasonographic features as follows: (1) lesion of bladder wall with thicken, papilla, cyst, nodules and diverticulum. (2) Urine abnormal echo with floating hyperecho points, deposit, stone and coagula. (3) High residual urine and two kidneys effusion. (4) Relaxation of intraurethral sphinler. Conclusions: Diagnosis by ultrasound of SCI neurogenic bladder was a non-invasive, simple, prompt and accurate method, which can provide an objective diagnostic basis for clinic and play an important role in treatment, and was of clinical value.
