从企业职工培训计划的组成要素入手,论述职工培训年度计划的编制程序,以及编制过程中需要重点考 虑的问题,以期通过程序性的职工培训年度计划编制方法,切实增强培训的针对性,提高培训的效益和效果。
From formation factors of staff training plan, narrated compiling procedure of annul staff training plan, and problems to be considered in it; through programmable compiling method of annual staff training plan, really increase purpose, improve raining profit and effect.
