不同锌的化合物对肉仔鸡锰、铜、铁利用的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用以玉米面,玉米淀粉及大豆蛋白为主的半纯合型饲粮,测定了不同锌的化合物(硫酸锌、氧化锌、乙酸锌、硝酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌)对肉仔鸡肝脏及胫骨中锰、铜、铁含量和沉积率的影响,结果表明:硝酸锌组锰在胫骨中沉积率显著(P<0.05)高于硫酸锌,氧化锌和氯化锌组,氯化锌组锰沉积率显著(P<0.05)低于乙酸锌和葡萄糖酸锌组。乙酸锌、硝酸锌和萄萄糖酸锌组铜在胫骨中沉积率显著(P<0.05)高于硫酸锌、氧化锌和氯化锌组。不同锌的化合物对胫骨中铁的沉积率无显著(P>0.05)影响。 Effect of Various Compounds of Zinc (Sulfate, Su; Oxide, Ox; Cloride, Ch; Acetate, Ac; Nitrate, Ni; Guconate, G1) acetaon reeention rate, mineral dlements concentration in tissues of broiler were studied with Semi-pure diets. The resuits showed that retention of mnin tibia were significantlyhigher in Ni than in Su, Ox and Cn(P<0.05). But retention of Mn in tibia were significantly lower in Cn than in Ac and G1 (P<0.05). Retention of Cu in tibia were significantly higher in Ac, Ni and G1 than in Su, Ox and Cn(P<0.05). Retention of Fe in tibia were not significantly affected by various compounds of zinc.
