摘要
对60例患儿成功留置颈外静脉留置针,无堵管及感染发生,置管时间最长7d,最短5d。颈外静脉穿刺前要连接好肝素帽,连接头皮针与引线排气,成功穿刺后用3M透明敷料固定。穿刺过程中要注意皮肤消毒,固定要牢固,防脱落。颈外静脉留置大大减少患儿痛苦,穿刺成功率高,提高工作效率,深受患儿家长及医护人员欢迎。
We successfully indwelled needles in superficial cervical vein in 60 children patients, with no obstruction and infections, the longest time 7 d and the shortest 5 d. Before successful puncture in the superficial cervical veins, heparin cap was well connected, scalp vein set was connected, the thread led in and the air was exhausted. After successful puncture, 3M transparent dressing was use to fasten. During the process of puncture, skin disinfection should be paid attention to and fastening should be tight in order to avoid falling. Superficial cervical vein indwelled needle relieved children patients' pain greatly. With high success rate of puncture, it can improve working efficiency and is deeply welcome by medical staff and patients' parents.
