摘要
目的建立测定呋麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Lichrospher- C18 柱,流动相:乙腈-0.01moL/LKHPO溶液(1:9),用HPO调节PH至3.0±0.1,检测波长为214nm,流速为 1.24340ml/min 。结果线性回归方程为:Y=6.524×105+5.925×105χ, r=0.9993,回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.5%。结论该法重现性好、简便、快速准确。
Objetive To establish a method for analysis of Ephedrine hydrichloride in e EphedrinHydrichloride and Nitrofurazone Nasal Drops by RP-HPLC .Method Using a Lichrospher C18 column ,a mixture of Acetonitrile-0.01moL/L KH PO (1:9 used H PO adjust PH to 3.0±0.1)as mobile phase with 2 4 3 4 UV detection at 214nm .Resuits The regression equation was Y=6.524×105+5.925×105χ, r =0.9993.The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD was 0.5%.Conclusions This method is simple ,quick and accurate .
