摘要 目的 探讨服葡萄糖后 2h血糖在筛选糖尿病患者中与口服葡萄糖耐量实验 (OGTT)及单纯空腹血糖的差异。方法 应用葡萄糖氧化酶法对 1335例初诊可疑糖尿病汉族人群进行OGTT。结果 空腹血糖与服糖后 2h血糖同时增高 92 1例 ;服糖后 2h血糖增高 1181例 ,2 6 0例为葡萄糖耐量异常 (IGT)患者 ,空腹血糖与餐后 2h血糖均低于标准者 15 4例。结论 ①服糖后 2h血糖与OGTT在糖尿病诊断检测中无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。②服糖后 2h血糖对糖尿病诊断率高于空腹血糖诊断率。③单纯检测服糖后 2h血糖在筛选糖尿病患者中准确、方便。 Objective To study the difference among the three methods,2-hour post oral glucose,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) and fasting glucose in the screening of diabetes mellitus.Methods OGTT was done in 1335 cases who had been suspected cases with microcide.Results Among 1335 suspected preliminary cases,simplified OGTT increased in 921 cases.2-hour glucose levels were increased in 1181 cases respectively both fasting glucose and 2-hour glucose were lower than the standard in 154 cases.260 cases were IGT.Conclusion ① There was no significant difference in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus between 2-hour glucose and OGTT(P>0 05).②The diagnostic rate of diabetes mellitus with 2-hour glucose was higher than that with fasting glucose.③The 2-hour glucose was nicety,cheap and convenient in screening of diabetes mellitus.
