摘要 【目的】探讨放射线对人舌鳞癌细胞系Tca8113端粒长度变化的影响。【方法】采用流式原位杂交法(FLOW-FISH)检测Tca8113细胞的端粒相对长度(RTL)。【结果】与未照射细胞相比,经X线处理后,Tca8113细胞RTL值明显下降(P<0.05);在照射后1h至3h间,不同照射剂量的细胞RTL值均有一定程度上升;5h时,除2Gy组外,其它各照射剂量组的RTL值均下降。【结论】经X线照射后,Tca8113细胞端粒明显缩短。端粒缩短可能是放射损伤的机制之一。 To investigate the effects of radiation on telomere length dynamics in squamous cell carcinoma tongue Tca8113cell line.Telomere length was detected in cultural cells of Tca8113by FLOW-FI SH and the relative telomere length(RTL)was analyzed.RTL values of Tca8113cells incubate d for various periods after exposure to various doses of X-ray radiation were much lower than those of non-radiated cells(P<0.05).After incubation for 1h to 3h,RTL values of Tca8113cells tre ated with various doses of X-ray irra diation rose to a certain extent.RTL values of the cells incubated for 5h after radiation decrease d except the group of 2Gy.[Conclusion]The obvious shortening telomeres are observed in Tca8113cells treated w ith X-ray radiation.Telomere shortening may be one of the causes of radiation dama ge.
