摘要
本文总结了我院早期发现、早期诊断胃癌的综合方法:x 线钡餐双重或三重造影、纤维胃镜、B 超和病理检查。遵循根治性、安全性、功能性的胃癌治疗原则,根据不同情况采用不同术式,术中采取保证残胃血运及吻合后无张力,合理处理残端等措施防止术后并发症的发生。
This article sums up early detection or diagnosis and surgical treatment of 106 patients with can- cer of the stomach in our hospital.We used the general methods including barium-gas-double-radiogra- phy or harium-gas-triple-radiography,fiberroptic gastroscopy,B-ultrasonic and pathological examina- tion.According to the rule of radical operation,safety and function,different cases were offered con- cordant kinds of operation.To prevent postoperative complications,blood circulation and non-tonicity of gastric remnant after anastomosis should be kept on.
