摘要
补肾胶囊由海马、首乌、黄芪、刺五加、淫羊霍等中草药组成,能使氢化可的松所致的小鼠“阳虚”症状得到缓解,并能增加小鼠血清睾酮含量;补肾胶囊能明显增加正常和氢化可的松处理的小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果表明补肾胶囊能增强机体免疫功能,并且有雄性激素样作用。
BuShen capsules were made form Haima,Shouwu,Ciwujia et al traditional Chinese herbs.BuShen capsules attenuated“Yang—xu”symptoms caused by hydrocortisone and increased the level of testosterone in the serum of mice.BuShen capsule significantly increased the phago- cytic function of macrophagocytes in the control and hydrocortisone—treatment group.Results in- dicated that BuShen ecapsules enhanced immune function and showed male—like action.
