摘要
将芒硝的水溶液在35℃左右加入粉状碳酸氢铵得到碳酸氢钠,再经煅烧后即得纯碱。向反应母液中加入硫酸,使其中的碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵全部转变成硫酸钠和硫酸铵,然后计量加入硫酸铝使硫酸铵以复盐的形式析出得到副产品硫酸铝铵,从而实现了硫酸钠与硫酸铵的分离。本文对复分解法制碱的工艺条件及结果作了较详细的报道。
Putting the powder of ammonium hydrogen carbonate into the equeous solution of mirabilite at the temperature about 35℃, we can get sodium hydrogen carbonate. After calcining Sodium hydrogen carbonate we can get the soda ash. As to the by-product of ammonium aluminum sulfate we can make all the sodium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate transform into sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate by adding sulphuric acid in mother liquor and then adding the aluminum sulfate in the same mother liquor according to some certain dry measure and the ammonium sulfate is separated in the form of double salt. Thus the separation between sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate is fulfilled.
