摘要
目的 评价MRI对脊髓血管畸形的诊断价值。资料与方法 2 4例临床诊断为脊髓占位的患者行MR平扫、增强、3D CISS和三维增强磁共振血管成像 (3D CE MRA)。结果 2 4例中 2 3例可显示畸形血管 :髓内 3例 ,髓外 16例 ,髓内外 4例。对供血动脉、引流静脉的显示MR平扫不及 3D CE MRA。 1例MRI显示硬膜下血肿 ,未见畸形血管。结论 MR平扫是脊髓血管畸形最敏感的首选检查方法 ,3D CE
Objective To evaluate MRI and MR angiography (MRA) in the diagnosis of spinal vascular malformation.Materials and Methods Both plain and enhanced MR scanning, 3D-CISS and CE-MRA were performed in 24 patients with clinically-diagnosed spinal space-occupying lesion. The imaging findings were analyzed.Results Of the total 24 cases, vascular malformation was seen in 23. The lesions were intra-medullary (n=3), extra-medullary (n=16) or both intra- and extra-medullary (n=4). The remaining one case had subdural hematoma and showed no vascular deformity.Conclusion Plain MRI is the most sensitive technique to demonstrate spinal vascular malformation. CE-MRA is superior to MRI in displaying the deformed vessels.
