降低循环水泵流量扬程 增加机组效益

摘要  西塞山发电厂1号机2台循环水泵安装完后,在机组未运行情况下进行性能试验发现水泵电机轴功率超过水泵性能曲线上的最大功率。在水泵性能曲线有疑问且循环水流量不能准确测量的情况下利用热力平衡原理和水泵功率计算公式计算分析、最终判断性能曲线是否正确并对循环水泵进行改造达到最优化设计值,大大增加机组效益。 After the completion of circulating water pump installation in Xisaishan Power Plant,performance test was carried out and it was found that the shaft load of pump motor exceeded the maximum value according to its performance curve.Because the accurate determination of the flow capacity of circulating water was difficult,the analysis based on thermodyinamic equilibrium theory and the algorithm of pump power was made to determine whether the performance curve was right or not.The innovation on the circulating water pump was made in order to achieve its optimized design value and to increase the efficiency of the generating sets.
