摘要
教育科研机构图书馆在新时期为更好地满足教育科研工作的需求 ,必须在信息服务功能上进行创新和拓展。首先是要转变观念 ,更新理念 ;其次是要拓展服务范围 ,创新服务机制 ;再次是要走信息资源共享之路 ,同时要加强人才培养 ,造就高素质的复合型管理人才。
Nowadays libraries in education and research should seek for innovation and development in their information services in order to better satisfy the need of educational research. Firstly, they should transform their idea of service; secondly, they should broaden the coverage of information service, and innovate the service mechanism; and finally, they should embark the path of sharing information resources, and strengthen stafftraining project to cultivate highquality composite administrative staff members.
