Bone tissue engineering: research progress of technigues to bone defect repair

摘要 本文从种子细胞、生物材料、纳米科技的应用、组织工程化骨的构建及临床应用等方面对 骨组织工程学研究的进展进行了综述,指出了目前存在的问题和今后的研究方向。 Bone defect is a common medical problem, however, tissue engineering and nano technology represent new alternative approaches to bone defect repair. The article reviewed the development of bone tissue engineering, and point out its current limitations and solutions.
